We are looking for a proactive consultative sales professional with an entrepreneurial spirit to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling custom software development services and staff augmentation, with a focus on the banking and fintech sectors. Your main responsibilities will include identifying potential clients, building relationships with them, and closing successful sales. The primary geographies to be developed will be ARG, UY, MX, and eventually the US. Responsibilities: - Support various country managers in sales efforts. - Conduct meetings with potential clients in ARG, UY, MX, and eventually the US. - Travel quarterly for commercial missions and participation in events. - Present and sell our software services to potential clients. - Develop and maintain quality relationships with active clients. - Prepare and present customized business proposals for clients. - Collaborate with the company's marketing and development teams to identify sales opportunities and new channels. Requirements: - At least 10 years of proven experience in software sales (services and/or SaaS). - Demonstrable knowledge of the banking and fintech industries based on previous experiences. - Availability for travel. Desired: - Bilingual in English. - Previous experience as an entrepreneur.
